Healthy eating habits
Traditionally when we take food we also eat salads but in general we take salad in between taking meals but taking salads during meal is not good habit it is better if we take salad just before taking meal in 1/3 ratio of our diet and then we should take food. It is good for our digestion and also good for our health. An another common mistake that we do during taking meal is drinking lots of water it is affect badly to our digestive system because drinking lots of water doing this process dilute the stomach juice hence the process of digestion.
